Over two days, @ATT said it was a billing Problem (even though opening message is they are not shutting service off for late payments for 60 days during Covid- 1 to 3 hours to be back up, call back in three hours told it is an outage and will be back by 6pm, call back at 6:30

Wow... I know phones are busy for call centers and such, but sitting on hold for 4 hours to speak to a manager about reconnecting my service that @ATT shut off for no reason is ludicrous. Starting to think I should switch providers...

@ATT our internet went out Tues while we try to WFH and you’ve scheduled two techs that didn’t show but also didn’t call so we’ve spent 4 hours waiting around our house 2-3 more on hold. Canceling our service today and switching to @WOWInternet. Bye 👋🏼

@ATT literally sucks!!! I swear they just always randomly charge you for **** to see if they can get away with it. I have been on phone for 40min now and been transferred 3 times....for a random charge on my account i should never have paid!!!!

Told it’s still an outage. Gf has missed two days of work because of lack of internet and for this we’re given a whopping $10.57 rebate. Assured that by morning outage will be cleared. Still not working this am, @ATT website shows outage is cleared, call yet again. Now told it is

I’ve experienced bad customer service before, but I have to say that I believe @Uverse has the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. They contracted a company to come out to fix my neighbors internet & tv (we all run off the same fiber box) and these guys break the box & we all
