  @ATTHelp I did in March and I've never heard anything back. Your employee came to my house when my cable was being set up and I switched from sprit to y'all and he took my sprint phones and no longer works for you all. And you've done nothing about it.

  I have been a customer of @DIRECTV since 2006. @ATT has ruined that relationship. If they keep messing with features, changing lineups, and don't start putting the customer 1st like in the old days, I'm gone.

  @pksapienza @ATT @GetSpectrum I cut the cord years ago and use them only for internet now. Hulu for sports and tv, netflix and I'm getting Disney + or whatever when it comes out. We are super happy and never miss anything. (And an antenna for local stations.)
